Highly recommend stuffer and seasoning packets
REALLY like this stuffer...very easy assembly, good instructions, easy to use, easy cleanup!! I used the Bratwurst mix with .75 lb deer meat, 2.50 lb beef, 1.75 lb of the lean parts of pork shoulder, no added fats. Of course a slight learning curve...broke casing (collagen) a couple times....tied off with butchers twine to continue, made patties out of the "ooops" meat.....cooked with a small amount of oil in the pan...DELICIOUS!!! On the downside... Seasoning mixes all contain MSG...we have relatives with allergies to it...too bad for them....we will HAVE to eat all this ourselves !!! DARN !!!!! Highly recommend stuffer and seasonings!!!!!
