  • Hickory: Infused with the inviting aroma of hickory smoke, this seasoning carries a rich, slightly sweet flavor that will leave you wanting more.
  • Hot: This Hot favorite gets its flavor from the classic Original blend and its heat from crushed red peppers.

Jerky Making, Deliciously Simple!

We make jerky the easiest way: with the LEM Jerky Cannon or Jerky Gun. You can also cut (with the grain) and marinate the meat, placing the cut meat on a Rack & Pan.

Cook at low heat in your oven or in a meat dehydrator. Don't worry - the Cure (included with LEM Seasonings) makes cooking at low temps safe while adding color and flavor.

Freeze homemade jerky after 2 weeks, as there are no chemicals or preservatives - which is why we always make our own!
Original Jerky Seasoning
  • Ingredients: Salt, Maltodextrin, Spices, Red Pepper, Monosodium Glutamate, Paprika, Worcestershire Powder (Maltodextrin, Worcestershire Sauce [Vinegar, Molasses, Corn Syrup, Salt, Caramel Color, Garlic Powder, Sugar, Spices, Tamarind, Natural Flavor]), Dextrose, Dehydrated Garlic, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Soybean Oil (As a Processing Aid), Not More Than 2% Tricalcium Phosphate Added to Prevent Caking.

Mesquite Jerky Seasoning
