Make fresh Sweet Italian Sausage using Backwoods Sweet Italian Sausage Seasoning and natural hog casings. Stuff casings with sausage and make links about 5" long.

In a frying pan, saute red and yellow peppers and onions. The Sweet Italian Sausage may be cut into 1" lengths and cooked with the peppers or the sausage may be grilled or broiled separately and then top with the sauteed peppers and onions. Serve with fried potatoes and baked beans or serve on a sandwich.
