I ordered their breakfast Sausage Reg. and hot good mix of seasoning best sausage I've ever made. Also got the hog rings and the auto feed pliers for sealing the chubs. Work great easy to reload rings
Got these for closing game bags instead of trying to use manual pliers and rings one handed, won't know how they will work until deer season in September 2018. I'm going to recommend thses for anyone who does deer processing by them selves.
Does not work for stapling natural casings. Better suited for large, thick synthetic casings. Do not recommend this for Italian sausage made with natural casings
Hog Ring Pliers
Work like they are advertised. small and compac.t no direction on how to load new rings but easy to figure it out.
Good Quality, Reasonable Price
I was given a Hog Nose Wrench but was not able to find staples to fit in small quantities. 500 will last me a couple years. Thousands of them would just take up space and never be used if I had to buy large lots. LemProducts was recommended to me by a friend who swears by LemProducts quality. Thanks!
I called customer service before I ordered the pliers online, and asked if the pliers would work on the 21mm collagen casing I was ordering along with the pliers and they said they would work. The pliers did not close the metal rings on the casing like they said it would, the rings just fell off. I returned the item and had to pay the return shipping, even though I called first and they said they would work for what I needed them for. Very disappointed, would not recommend.
Lem Springloaded hog ring pliers
New improved design works much better than previous model--Crimps rings tight on summer sausages and freezer bags.
LEM 16" Meat Saw
Great size for Deer And Hogs--especially for splitting pelvis and bobbing off ham shanks / forelegs.
LeRoy R. Reyes
easy to use
Closes the chubs nicely. Just need to make sure not to close to where you filled chub or will pinch and cut chub
John Van Houten
Spring loaded Hog ring pliers
Has a learning curve. Does not crimp plastic bags tight enough to resist squeezing out. Crimps from SIDE of pliers so awkward to get in position.
will not close completely. good idea just poor design.
