LEM's heavy-duty, non-stick Spring-Loaded Burger Press can be adjusted to any thickness from 1/4" to 1" using the wingnut on the spring. Once you've settled on a thickness, just push the top button down and you've got a perfectly formed 4 3/8" burger patty. You'll never have to worry about mismatched burger sizes again. Adjust the patty thickness by loosen the locking wing nut, turn the adjustment screw in or out until the desired thickness is reached, and tighten the locking wing nut.
