Best ingredient for sausage making
The one ingredient that people should put in their sausage. I would suggest it to anybody.
I have 20+ years into trying to find what was in ground meat to make the best ground meat jerky ever. I experimented with mixing chicken, beef, deer, turkey, pork to try to get great perfectly formed ground meat jerky, and finally I stumbled across this product. The last batch I made was at least 95% lean beef and it worked perfectly, the meat stuck together and formed perfect strips out of my jerky gun. Thank you again LEM you guys have an awesome product for adding to ground meat jerky with your normal seasoning. Give this product a try I guarantee you won't be disappointed. Thank you LEM.
