Finger licking good
I had seen the product used by a friend of mine in Ohio. He produced a great ham. It was truly finger licking good. I had a large fresh pork tenderloin and purchased a large pork shoulder. I figured the shoulder would come out like a ham. I used the Sweeter than Sweet seasoning as per directions. The shoulder came out as expected. However, the fresh pork loin was exceptional. It tasted like Canadian bacon and my wife loves it. The local grocery store has loins on sale and I plan to purchase enough to make a half batch of seasoning and make some more Canadian bacon for future use. Great Product!

I used this a week ago and it turned out great, have more hams going in the smoke house tomorrow and still more to brine, GREAT Product.

Amazing ham cure
The sweeter than sweet ham cure change my mind on wild pig. It tasted like store bought ham

Good easy to use. I had comments that it was too salty. I also smoke all hams after cure.

Best brine I have ever used for a ham! I hickory smoked the ham. Made it even better. Once you taste it, you can't stop eating the ham.
