I purchased your bacon dry cure, brine and ham cure kit and all are TOP NOTCH products! With the ham cure, I smoked a pork loin and it turned out excellent! The bacon kits yielded the same results. The brine kit for bacon was mild but still turned out EXTREMELY well, will definitely be purchasing more of your products in the future.

I've made 5 or 6 hams now using these kits, all 10 pounds or more, and they've all come out great. My most recent was a 20 pounder, and came out the best so far. I highly recommend this kit.

Absolutely wonderful way to enjoy venison. My family loves the taste of "breakfast style" ham at any meal; slice it thick for eggs or slice it thin for sandwiches. I debone the venison back legs and 'part out' the major portions, then i follow the brining directions. gather up all the baseball/softball size portions and 'bag them' in the net. Smoke them to internal temperature. Let cool a bit then remove from the nets; the parts come apart into easily stored portions, each having at least one side with rich smoked bark. love this product.
These kits used to come in 2 separate bags to do 2 hams now it's all in one big pack. I prefer the old way, so if I just want one ham I don't have to open both.
This is the first ham I've ever made and was extremely impressed. I used a wild boar hind quarter and just followed the directions. It made one of the best hams I have ever tasted. I took some to work and shared with my maintenance crew and they absolutely loved it even the guys who had never had wild hog before.
