Lemon Butter Garlic: Brighten the flavor of fish, pork, and poultry with this delightful citrusy blend.

Instructions: Place meat in a bag or bowl, add marinade, and refrigerate for 1-3 hours (chicken, fish, small cuts of meat) or 4-6+ hours (larger, tougher cuts). To inject, pour marinade into a bowl, pull it into the injector, and inject marinade into the meat while withdrawing the needle slowly. Discard used marinade or boil it to baste the meat during cooking.
