Great company to purchase meat processing equipment and supplies. Easy to use website, quick shipping with great packaging. I just purchased vacuum bags and vacuum bag roll dispenser and cutter; these bags are heavier than your local supply. Slicer for kitchen is all stainless steel with very sharp blades. LEM has been my go-to for almost 20 years. They have always had the best quality equipment for meat processing, canning and preserving cooking and seasoning. They have a great selection that can accommodate the skills of the beginner and go all the way up to a skilled hunter, butcher and cook. There may be other brands out there that are cheaper and get the job done, but they won’t last as long, and you will not enjoy using them as much! If you are going to spend the money, buy from the best and get the quality that is going to last. You will not be disappointed by anything that LEM can offer.

I personally cannot comment on this quality of this product because it was a wedding present that was specifically requested by the bride and groom. They wanted this particular model from this particular company. When I asked them why this company (because it happened to be in the same city I live) they said they had a great reputation.
