LEM Products Direct is a mail order and online company based in West Chester, Ohio. We deliver high quality meat processing and jerky making equipment and supplies to the do-it-yourselfer hunter and home processor at a competitive price. Our wide array of products allows the home processor to make delicious sausage, jerky and other meat products, all the while controlling the healthy content of the foods they provide for their family and friends.

LEM was founded by Larry Metz in 1996 with a simple idea, provide the equipment, supplies and know how to anyone interested in converting their game to delicious sausage and jerky. To do this Larry drew on 35 years of experience as a meat cutter with one of the largest foodservice company’s in the United States. An avid hunter, his knowledge of processing and love of the outdoors led him to establish a big game processing business in the 1980’s. During this time he developed a boneless method of processing that gave the processor a variety of table cuts that were tender, had excellent taste and were custom cut to meet the individual’s needs. In 1991 our first product, a 98 minute video, “Deer Processing From Field to Table”, was produced in response to many clients requests. It remains a best seller to this day. Hundreds of thousands of hunters have learned to professionally process their game from this video. Larry and the LEM team were soon developing an entire line of equipment, supplies and seasonings to meet the varied needs and tastes of big game hunters everywhere. From those humble beginnings, LEM has become the leader in Game Processing. We carry over 700 different products and stand behind them with a trained staff and loaded parts inventory.
