Standard Shipping
Most purchases are shipped from LEM Products to arrive within 7 business days of the receipt of the order unless the product is backordered. Shipments to the 48 states incur Standard Shipping Costs as defined below. Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada will be charged based on actual shipping charges incurred by UPS.

Canada customers: These shipping charges do not include Customs Fees or other charges incurred through your country’s Customs Department.

Additional Shipping
Because grinders, mixers and other large items are bulky and heavy, these items have additional shipping charges. These charges are listed after the description of the product and are in addition to Standard Shipping Costs listed above.

Rush Delivery
We have options of overnight and second day delivery. After your order is complete you will have the option to choose your method of shipping and the cost will be reflected at that time. Orders must be received before 2:00 p.m. EST Monday – Friday to be shipped same day. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. EST on Friday or on the weekend will not ship until the following Monday. We do not ship on Saturday.

Backorders
If your order contains an item/or items that are showing on backorder, the order will be held to ship when all items are in stock unless you choose the option to ship ahead. Ship ahead means all items that are in stock will be shipped immediately leaving any backorders to ship together when all items have arrived in stock. If you choose to ship ahead an additional $5.00 split shipment charge will be incurred at the time of the second shipment.

Returns
Any item, except food items and videos, that is deemed unsatisfactory by the customer may be returned within 30 days of the purchase only after calling our Customer Service Department for an authorization for return. Our Customer Service Department can be reached at 877-536-7763. We cannot accept a return without authorization. LEM will refund the purchase price or replace the item.
