The length and terms of a warranty will vary by product. Generally all items have a one year warranty. Detailed information is provided with the purchase of a product or can be obtained by emailing, firstname.lastname@example.org, or calling the Customer Service Department at 877-536-7763.
In order for your product's warranty to be valid, you must complete and return the warranty card with a copy of your purchase receipt to LEM Products – 4440 Muhlhauser Rd., Suite 300, West Chester, OH 45011. You also can scan and email your warranty card and a copy of your receipt to email@example.com. If you misplaced your warranty card, you can download or print a new one by going to: http://www.lemproducts.com/manuals
Warranty Exchange Policy
When an item is returned under warranty for exchange of the same product the warranty will continue from the date of the original purchase.
For example, a customer purchases a #8 Stainless Steel Grinder in January 2006 with a two-year warranty, thus the warranty expires February 2008. If LEM replaces the unit in February 2007, the customer will have the remaining one year warranty on the replacement grinder. The warranty is not extended to a full two years because it is a new unit.
