Ingredients:

  • 4 12-oz. Rib eye steaks
  • 3 tablespoon Garlic Hickory Seasoning & Rub
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon red wine
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions:

Rub steaks with Hickory Garlic spice and place in plastic bag.

Cover with vinegar, wine and oil.

Grill steaks over a hot grill until desired temperature.

Best served medium rare.

To achieve medium rare, cook approximately 4 minutes per side.

Best when combined with olive oil and rubbed into meat.
