NASCAR Rebate

Thanks for purchasing an LEM product!

This rebate is good for a gift certificate at LEM worth 10% of your purchase from a participating retailer up to a maximum credit of $100 excluding any sales tax or shipping costs.

The Details

Each customer may only submit 1 rebate for gift certificate credit.

The gift certificate is only good until 12/31/18.

Customers must call in to the LEM customer service line (877.336.5895) to redeem their gift certificates.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing to receive your gift certificate number via email.

Steps to Claim Your Gift Certificate:

Buy any LEM product ONLY at Bass Pro, Academy Sports, Runnings, Field & Stream, or Sportsman’s Warehouse.
Head to lemproducts.com/rebate to fill in the rebate form and print it.
Mail in the rebate form, your original receipt and the original UPC code (bar code) found on the package as your proof of purchase. Note: you do not need to send in the UPC code for any Backwoods items.
On the retailer's receipt, please circle the LEM item(s) purchased. Keep a copy for your records.
Mail all 3 items to:
LEM Products NASCAR Rebate, 4440 Muhlhauser Rd., Suite 300, West Chester, OH 45011.
Upon verification of your submission, your gift certificate will be processed and emailed.
Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your gift certificate via email for use at lemproducts.com. You must call in to redeem your gift certificate code.
