These bags are sturdy, easy to use and reusable. I freeze garden veggies and fresh caught fish in these pre-made quart bags. Quick solution to handling large volumes.
Best Bags Period
At 3.5 mil thick, I have found the bags from LEM (and their MaxVac) to be very sturdy and for lack of a better term. heavy duty. I have used the bags and the rolled material and not experienced a failure to seal not have I had any loss of vacuum. I am extremely pleased with the quality and the price and recommend them.
Best bag on the market! Heavy material & seals well. Good product & good price.
The Real Deal is Best
I tried some off brand. WRONG!!!!!! Back to the real deal! GOOD!!!!!!!
M & S Wildlife Services
Great product! Love the easy open top. Seals great and very heavy duty. When cooking sausage I just put bag and all in boiling water for 5 minutes then enjoy. You can't get any easier than that!
These are the Ones
I've tried various brands of vacuum bags and have settled on these. The ribs are large and sturdy, allowing the air to get sucked out without collapsing. The plastic is thick and seals well. An added bonus is the easy-open notch at the top of the bag so that you can open them without scissors.
I have been freezing garden veggies and fruit along with all meat I kill or buy for the last 20 years. These are by far the best bags I have used. They are much heavier and not prone to puncture in the freezer. If u are using some $10 sealer, you will have problems with sealing. So seal them twice, or better yet by a good machine from LEM.
Heavy Duty Bag
I bought both the QT & Gal size bags to use for freezing foods. The price is better than what I found here in town or other on line places. These bags are heavier than the food saver bags. They also are ribbed. I use a V2440 Food Saver Vac Sealer. Due to the ribs in the bags. I have to double seal the bags with moist items in order for them to seal. Dry foods I do not. Since they are a heavier bag, my Food Saver doesn't suck out as much air as it does with Food Saver Bags. They work good and don't get punctured as easy as Food Saver Bags. They may work better with a more commercial food vac sealer.
