Go with stainless
After a few years the moisture from the cold meat passing through it causes a grey aluminum slim to form that needs wiped off the tube each time you switch bags
speeds up time spent stuffing bags and casings ,,
I needed a larger stuffing tube for filling my ground elk meat. It works perfect and saved me lots of time.
Tube worked well for stuffing baloney in 2 1/2" fibrous casings
Must have for putting up burger in packages
Ok this thing just makes life so much less messer and easier. Regardless if you use the wild game bags or pre made vacuum seal bags. Speeds up the process a lot and you touch the meat a lot less during this process. The foot switch comes in extremely handy here. Can also use this tub to stuff larger sausage casings like summer sausage highly recommend.
