Makes Pressing Sausage a Breeze
I own a local butcher shop and pressing sausage has been "that task" my guys would avoid, until the new press came in. Now I have them fighting over who's turn it is. This new model is great. We routinely press upwards of 80 pounds a week through it with no issues. I have purched other presses before and definitely will never be going back. Just great all around.

25 lb sausage stuffer
will be a few months before we will be trying this - we have a 5 lb one and are tired of having to refill constantly! However I will say that this one needs to be packaged more securely - when I picked the box up from the porch the contents shifted and caused me to injure my right hand - the device needs to be stabilized in the box!
This stuffer is going to save me so much time, Its a great piece of equipment I finally broke down and spent the money on and I'm very glade I did. Its built well, the 2 speed gear box is great, you can get a whole batch in at once, and its a piece of cake to clean up. I just wish I could have taken advantage of the free shipping that was offered the week after I made my purchase.
Finally bought a stuffer for myself, did quite a bit of research and ended up with the 25# LEM. Very well built, like the metal plunger. Only time the handle is hard to crank is when doing 5/8 or smaller casings, otherwise no problems. You will not be disappointed, I did 100#'s with the wife last night in about 3 hours.
I bought the 25lb. stuffer 3 years ago... its a great stuffer. I would give it 5 stars but when I stuff small diameter sausage, it's not a easy task its pretty hard to turn.
Poor angle on crank handle
Very impressed with every aspect of the stuffer except for the angle of the crank on the 25 lb. model. It is especially hard to crank compared to other models with a 90 degree angle.
Owner Response: Gary - We heard you and other customers who had similar issues. We took the challenge upon ourselves to do better, and we did. The current Dual Gear Stuffer ships with a better handle and crank.
the good and the bad
overall high quality stuffer that's easy to load, clean, etc. We stuffed 420lbs this weekend and determined that the crank is poorly designed -- the handle doen't transfer the full torque to the gears, and was generally hard to turn on the 25lb model
Owner Response: John - We heard you and other customers who had similar issues. We took the challenge upon ourselves to do better, and we did. The current Dual Gear Stuffer ships with a better handle and crank.
Lem 25 lb stuffer
My son and I have stuffed 150 lbs of venison sausage this past 2 weeks at our deer camp and the guys were impressed on how fast and nice of a sausage this put out!! We 1st. used it at home during archery season to make sausage and sticks. Great piece of equipment and being all S/S it's easy to clean. I gave it a top rating because it has it all going on for it's self!! To me it's the #1 machine!!! Rod Nace

I bought the 25lb. stuffer two years ago and have put it to the test with over three thousand summer sausages. It just keeps on going. If you do lots of stuffing go for the big boy.
