NEW! MAXVAC® PRO CHAMBER SEALER

Why vacuum seal foods? Vacuum sealing preserves freshness and flavor, seals in nutrients, and protects foods from freezer burn. Vacuum-sealed foods take up less space and the bags can be stacked for compact storage. It's a smart, safe, and convenient storage solution!

Why use a chamber sealer?

Our MaxVac Pro Chamber Sealer is specially designed to package all types of foods, including liquids and liquid-rich foods. In addition to using it to package meats, vegetables, and fruits, this compact, heavy-duty sealer is also ideal for packaging soups, stews, and other wet foods. It's also ideal for quickly marinating meats because the vacuum actively pushes the marinade into the meat. It's easy to see why chamber sealers are the top choice for serious home cooks, professional chefs, and commercial kitchens.

How It Works

Unlike traditional vacuum sealers that suck air out of the bag, chamber sealers pump all the air out of the chamber at once, including the air inside of the bag. It then seals the bag to prevent air from re-entering. Because the air pressure is equalized within the chamber and bag, liquids stay in the bag and don't leak out like they can with traditional sealers.

Versatility

  • Sealed bags can be frozen, boiled, or microwaved. This makes it easy to prepare food in bulk and then create portion-sized bags for individual meals.
  • The vacuum-sealed bags are more compact and easier to store in the refrigerator or freezer compared to bulky plastic or breakable glass storage containers.
  • Seal and freeze big batches of seasonal foods, like venison, jerky, pesto, and peaches.

Save Money and Prevent Waste

  • Don't let leftovers go to waste -- vacuum seal them for future enjoyment.
  • Buy fruits and vegetables in season -- at their peak of freshness and affordability -- and seal for year-round enjoyment.
  • Save money by buying pantry staples and dry goods in bulk and vacuum-sealing for long-term storage.
  • Portion control is easy when you individually package portion-sized bags.
  • Marinating is more efficient and uses less marinade.
