Disappointed

Comments:
Last weekend we started processing 228 pounds of pork in two batches into sausage. First batch was ground with the course plate in about 15 minutes. Then we changed to the fine plate and reground the meat which took about two hours and lots of elbow grease.
Then we put the stuffer pieces on and it all came to a halt. About three hours into stuffing and only about a third of the sausage stuffed we got out the old press stuffer that my Grandfather used and finished up. What a chore.

Second batch went a little faster because we ground the meat twice with the course plate and stuffed the meat with the hundred Y.O. stuffer. Still took about three and a half hours from start to finish on this batch. Very disappointed with this machine.

#22 Grinder

Purchased this grinder to replace a very small home grinder. Wish I would have bought it sooner. Makes really quick work of all my grinding needs as well as sausage stuffing. I have already processed 60 lbs of venison sausage and brats and I am loving this grinder.

#22 1 hp Electric grinder

Comments:
I am very pleased with this grinder. It is ruggedly built and will suit my needs for the rest of my life. I was planning on getting the .75 hp model, but after considering the size of the meat pan above the grinder I opted for this unit as it has a larger meat pan. Boy I'm glad I saw the light before I placed my order. :-)

Awesome grinder!

Comments:
Needed a grinder for chickens and rabbits because we have put our dogs on the raw food diet. Asked the folks at LEM which grinder would handle those bones and they said this model would. They were right! No problems at all, works greats, easy to clean. Big bite technology really came in handy for the rabbit bones.
