Comments:
Meat sticks to surface and squeezes into the crack of the adjustable top plate of the press.
This plate should be larger and have tighter tolerance between plate and barrel.
Might work better using their paper separators on top of meat when forming burgers.
* Management Note: Please note that we strongly reccomend using LEM freezeer sheets in tandem with the burger press to avoid the issues pointed out in the review above.

Comments:
I have used the Burger Press for years & found it indispensable when preparing meat patties for grilling or freezing... I have always used the Freezer sheets & have had no press problems or clean up messes...

Comments:
I love it. The meat doesn't stick to the machine. I also love being able to make different sizes of hamburgers. My guys like really big thick hamburgers; where we ladies like not so big ones.
