Ground venison or beef

Hot breakfast sausage
- 1/2 pkg
Lipton dry onion/mushroom soup
- 1
7 oz can of mushrooms
- 9
tablespoon
Backwoods Dried Jalapeno flakes
- 1/2
large onion, chopped
- 1/2 pkg
Saltine Crackers, crushed
- 1
tablespoon
Worchestershire Sauce

Tomato juice

Directions:

Rehydrate Backwoods Dried Jalapeno flakes in water.
Mix above ingredients together and add enough tomato juice to bring mixture back to original consistency of the meat.
The heat increases the longer the mixture sits. To add additional heat, add Backwoods crushed red pepper to desired taste.
Make large, thick patties and fry or grill.
Enjoy with an ice cold beer!
