Venison Stir Fry


Ingredients:
  •   Red, Yellow and Green Peppers
  •   Onion
  •   Zucchini
  •   Mushrooms
  •   Snow Peas
Directions:
In a wok or skillet, saute red, yellow and green peppers, onions, zucchini, mushrooms and snow peas. Add seasoning of your choice. Cook vegetables until they are almost completely done. Add strips of venison to vegetables and cook until strips are medium done. Do not overcook. Sprinkle stir fry with soy sauce to taste. Serve with rice.
