mighty bite #8
Just ground 5 gallons of tomatoes, onions, peppers and garlic to make salsa, it worked great. Keep outside nut tight and the mess is minimal, a lot better than 2 cups at a time in a food processor. Give it a little time and it will make a lot of salsa get your self moor knives for the other grinding plates keep them married.
Great starter product!
Worked up three deer in about 4 hours. Ground it three times and motor wasn't even hot! Love it!
This is a decent grinder for someone who seldom does any grinding but for me it just isn't good enough i do my own butchering n it just isn't good enough i need an expensive one like a #12
Love that grinder
Ground pork to make #25 of sausage.. and used the grinder to stuff the sausage. It was wonderful and very easy to stuff the casings . I'm very happy with the grinder.
#8 Mighty Bite
I received my Mighty Bite grinder on 9/29/14. I've used it once already to process 45 lbs. of venison bacon burger. This only took about an hour grinding once with course plate and a second grind with the fine plate, with clean up when we were finished. This unit is a little beast! I couldn't feed it fast enough to keep up. So - if you're looking to get into processing your own game or meats, the Mighty Bite is worth the money. My reason for purchasing this unit was due to LEM's quality products and this unit having metal gears, not plastic like a lot of the other grinders. Remember this unit only comes with one #8 knife, so purchase a second #8 knife to match them to your grinding plates as I did. Thanks again, LEM, for another great product.
