Here's a great item for sausage making. Add high temperature hot pepper cheese to your sausage and give it something extra. This cheese will stay in chunks up to 400 degrees. Add about 10% cheese (1 lb of cheese to 10 lbs of meat). Cheese will last up to 6 months at 34 degrees and can be frozen. Add to meat and sausage seasoning while mixing, and cook as usual. Comes in 1 lb bags in cheddar and hot pepper flavors.

Buy five or more one pound bags for $7.49 per pound.

This product is shipped with ice, and therefore shipment may be delayed a few days to avoid the cheese de-frosting in a shipping distribution center over the weekend.
