Rosie's Brand Ltd.
We are extremely happy with the product from this company. We had read the previous reviews which helped us make our decision. It works exactly as we needed it to. We cut the liners to the size we needed very easily. The tray liners were rolled up very tightly when we got them which was a problem initially. We solved the problem by taking 3 or 4 of the liners and putting them on one of the wire racks. We covered those liners with another wire rack for some weight. The first ones we did we actually used metal clips to hold the two trays together that I had in my office! We did this with all of them. We put them in the dehydrator on a medium heat for about two hours and it fixed everything. They were perfectly flat. We dehydrate beef so when we clean them we soak for a couple of hours in hot soapy water and a quick scrub and they are clean. Would definitely recommend this product and this company.
Great Product, Cost Efficient, No Sticking
I needed round drying mesh for my food dehydrator to make jerky (using my LEM jerky gun). Buying two of the specific round mesh units would have cost about the same as this entire roll of mesh - and I got six "rounds" from one roll. The mesh is a little tough to cut through, even with sturdy scissors but well worth the effort. My first batch of jerky, I used one of the mesh rounds that came with my dehydrator and five rounds that I cut from this roll. None of the jerky stuck to the five round but it did stick to the one round that came with my dehydrator.
Needed screens for my Oster dehydrator that is round and has a larger center than most now days. These screens were easy to cut and got them to fit perfectly on all 4 screen trays. Have enough left over for 2extra screens. Easy to clean when done. Have been using for herbs and vegetables mainly with no pieces falling through. Used for ground meat jerky and worked perfect for that too. Going to make up some awesome portable camping meals.
Works as intended, good price, fast delivery
Cheapest I could find online. Specs says "1/4" holes", but I measure them as little diamond-shaped gaps at 1/4" by 1/8" so a bit smaller which is better from my stand point. I cut this roll to the size of my old dehydrator shelves. It comes in a tight roll that wants to holds its shape so I put each on a shelf with a little weight and ran it on the lowest warmth setting over night and now they lay flat perfectly. Had to buy two to fit my unit and use the extra cut into smaller squares to ferment sauerkraut - the fine screen helps to keep the cabbage below the brine. A lot of potential uses for this item.
