Our Bean Frencher features heavy-duty construction with stainless steel cutting blades. This Bean Frencher clamps securely to any surface up to 1 ¼" thick. To operate, feed fresh green beans into the hopper. As you turn the crank, beans will be sliced into slender, french cut slices. Great for canning green beans french-style.
