We love this seasoning. Word of note - the recipes call for X number of teaspoons. When we have made it using level teaspoons our family has a hard time tasting the flavors so I use heaping teaspoons and it comes out great. But that may just be our family. Experiment!

An excellent product without doubt, a season to the point, maybe a little less spicy or a mild, in general very good.
Believe me I meet well of spicy and gives for 25 pounds saying only I add natural aji and natural garlic also some smoked paprika
I like this seasoning. Enough spice to please even the hot heads here. It's not a 'hot link' blend, so if you want fire add your own heat. Great taste for a couple hearty soups we made and a friend from New Orleans wants a batch for gumbo!
Spice seems a little weak. Used a 25 lb package. Made 5 lb batch per instructions and it was lacking true flavor. Used remaining spices for 16 lbs of meat and the results were much improved.
I use this product and it is amazing! Everyone loves it. Make 5 lbs. at a time, put on grill or smoker. Love this stuff.

I'm not impressed with this seasoning. If you buy it plan on using half (or less) of the meat they recommend. I wouldn't even categorize this seasoning as chorizo there was so little chili in it. I had to add a lot of extra seasonings and chili to the 5lbs of meat I mixed up. I would not recommend this product if you are looking for a true chorizo seasoning.
