Item#: I790

DESIGNED BY A HUNTER FOR HUNTERS--AN LEM EXCLUSIVE!
The Field Dresser and Chartreuse Skinner Set are unique knives from LEM Products. These knives were designed by Larry Metz specifically as a field dressing tool and a skinning tool. Numerous features are designed into each knife for a specific purpose. The soft, non-slip handles are large and contoured to fit your hand, not hard and slippery like many other knives. The handles are brightly colored so that you will never again loose your knife in the field. The heavy metal clips on the sheaths attach easily to your belt and cover the entire handle. The 11/16" wide and 5-1/8" long stainless steel blade of the Field Dresser makes it ideal for removing the anus, unlike other short and wide blades that tend to make that step much more difficult. Unlike other knives, there is no point on the Field Dresser, so the chance of puncturing internal organs while field dressing is about nill. Finally, a razor sharp gut hook makes opening the animal a breeze. It comes with waterproof field dressing instructions that fit inside the sheath.
The 3" stainless steel blade of the skinning knife has just the right amount of curve to make skinning a breeze. Lay your finger on top of the blade and the knife feels like it becomes a part of your hand. The polypropylene handle is easy to clean and the color makes it easy to identify--even in the field. You won't find any fancy engraving on this knife, just a comfortable, functional skinner you'll be glad you wrapped your hand around. Made in the USA.
