Non-edible, 2" X 14", clear unprinted casings with smoked flavor. Add a great smoke flavor to your sausage without the hassle of the smoking process with these plastic casings that have the smoke flavor on the inside of the casing. Stuff as usual, cook in the oven or smoker (without smoke/wood chips) at 170-180 degrees until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Casings hold 1-1/2 pounds of ground meat. Use these casings instead of fibrous casings. Do not soak before stuffing. 100 count.
