The Field Dresser is another unique knife from LEM Products. This knife was designed by Larry Metz specifically as a field dressing tool. It has numerous features, all designed into one knife for a specific purpose. The soft, non-slip handle is large and contoured to fit your hand, not hard and slippery like many other knives. The handle is Hunter Orange so that you will never again lose your knife in the field. The heavy metal clip on the sheath attaches easily to your belt and covers the entire handle. The 11/16" wide and 5-1/8" long stainless steel blade makes it ideal for removing the anus, unlike other short and wide blades that tend to make that step much more difficult. Unlike other knives, there is no point on the Field Dresser, so the chance of puncturing internal organs while field dressing is about nill. Finally, a razor sharp gut hook makes opening the animal a breeze. It comes with waterproof field dressing instructions that fit inside the sheath.
