We created these kits for customers who want to discover the delicious, satisfying and money saving advantages of home canning.
The Ultimate Canning kit comes with a 16 qt. Presto Pressure Canner/Cooker #957. Pressure canners allow you to safely process root vegetables, greens, fruits, stews, vegetables like beans, corn and zucchini, as well as meats.
The Intermediate Canning Kit comes with a 33 qt Bath Canner #924. Water bath canners are perfect for processing jams, jellies, relishes, tomatoes and fruits during harvest season. (Note: Bath Canners are only suitable for processing foods that are naturally highly acidic or jellies, jams, and compotes.)
All kits come with the Starter Canning kit, Lid Sterilizer, Labels for marking your jars, and the book Beginner's Guide to Preserving the Harvest.
