No preperation! Stuff and cook. 24mm Collagen Hot Dog Casing. Stuff and twist into desired lengths. Hang in your oven or smoker and cook at 180 degrees until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. After cooking place in cold water then refrigerate or freeze. Boil, grill, or broil when ready to eat. Great with Franks Seasoning!Stuffs approximately 13 lbs.
