The hubless #5, 4.5MM stainless steel grinder plate measures approximately 2-1/8" across.

LEM stainless steel grinder plates stay sharp 3 times longer than carbon steel. Our plates are made to LEM stringent standards for hardness and quality. Plates can be used on either side.
