It is perfect for slow, low temperature roasting. This unit provides up to 8 hours of smoke with no attention needed. The unique bisquettes are fed into the smoker and burn for 20 minutes until they are automatically extinguished and replaced by a new one. The 500 watt heating element provides temps from 140 F to 320 F, depending on outside air temperatures. This unit uses digital technology. Temperature, time and smoke are now completely controllable. The interior of the smoker is stainless stell and the exterior has a silver, powder-epoxy finish, giving it the look of stainless steel.
