The unit has a stainless steel cylinder that is easily removed for filling and cleaning. The stuffer features a stainless steel plunger with a heavy gasket and air-release valve and powder-painted base. Comes with four stainless steel stuffing tubes; 5/8", 7/8", 1-1/4" & 1-1/2" O.D. dimensions. This is a commercial quality unit at an excellent price.
