The plastic burger press has a unique ring design on the mold which holds the juices of the meat during cooking, prevents curling, and promotes faster, more even cooking. Separate your patties with Satin Pac sheets while forming. They can then be stored for a few days in the refrigerator or frozen. The patty sheets make it easy to separate the patties whether frozen or just chilled. Control the size of your patty by how much meat you use when forming the patty. Dishwasher safe (top rack). Made of FDA approved materials.
