Tired of tough cuts? The hand-held Jaccard Super 1 tenderizer will assure you of tender portions. Sixteen stainless saber blades tenderize to perfection. Great for wild game, beef pork, veal, lamb, and chicken. Tenderizes without loss of natural juices. When used before marinating, meat will more readily drink in the marinade. Use tenderizer with cutting board. Dishwasher safe on top shelf only.
