|
LEM mixers have a stainless steel tub and paddles that make clean up easy. All mixers include a plexiglass cover.
The LEM meat mixers come with handles to manually mix or attach the 50lb or 25lb mixer to an LEM grinder and let the motor do the work.
LEM suggest using at least 1 oz of water for each pound of meat when mixing. Do not over mix. Stop mixing when mixture becomes tacky. For optimum results meat should cover the paddles. Prior to mixing, spray the inside of the tub with vegetable oril to facilate clean up.
